Welcome to the 2012 festival of the Arts Dance and Performance Application page. This page is for organizations looking to apply for the Grand Rapids festival of the Arts in Grand Rapids Michigan June 1-3, 2012.

To apply to festival of the Arts, you must be a resident of one of the following West Michigan Counties: Allegan, Barry, Ionia, Kent, Montcalm, Muskegon, Newaygo, or Ottawa. If your mailing address is outside one of these counties, please describe your connection to one of the counties in the “Additional Information” in the Contact Detail section of the application.

At the completion of the application process you will receive an acknowledgement confirming your submission. Print this acknowledgment, which includes a stage setup sheet, and return it to festival with the $5.00 application fee and your CD/DVD demo to the address provided.

The deadline for application entry is midnight Eastern Time February 3rd, 2012. Applications received after that date will be accepted as “Late” and will be scheduled after those received before the deadline.

The scheduling process will then take place during the months of February and March with the preliminary schedule going to out to accepted performers in late March.
