Welcome to the 2010 festival of the Arts Dance and Performance Application page. This page if for organizations that are looking to apply for the Grand Rapids festival of the Arts in Grand Rapids Michigan June 4-6, 2010.

To be eligible to apply to festival of the Arts, you need to be a resident of one of the following West Michigan Counties: Allegan, Barry, Ionia, Kent, Montcalm, Muskegon, Newaygo, or Ottawa. If your mailing address is outside one of these counties, please describe your connection to one of the counties listed in the “Additional Information” in the Contact Detail section of the application.

At the completion of the application process you will be presented with an acknowledgement that confirms your submission. You need to print that acknowledgment, which will include a stage setup sheet, and return it to festival at the address provided with the $5.00 application fee and your CD/DVD demo.

The deadline for application entry is midnight Eastern Time February 28th, 2010. Applications received after that date will be accepted as “Late” and will be scheduled after those that were in before the deadline.

The scheduling process will then take place during the months of March and April with the preliminary schedule going to out those that were accepted in late April.
